Highway Specialties, Inc. Recruiting Text Program — Effective July 1, 2026
1. Program description
Highway Specialties, Inc. ("HSI") uses text messaging to communicate with job applicants and employees about recruiting and employment: application follow-ups, interview scheduling, hiring updates, and start-date logistics. Messages are one-to-one communications — we do not send promotional or marketing blasts.
2. Opt-in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number on our employment application at highwayspecialties.net/jobs and indicating that it is OK to text you, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment — if you prefer calls, just tell us.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the hiring process — typically a few messages around your application, interview, and start date.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. HSI does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
5. Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.

6. Privacy
Your mobile number and texting consent are used only for the communications described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
7. General
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address.
